The store's name "Ay" comes from the name of the village of Ay in the Champagne region of France.The name was chosen because it coincidentally matches the owner's initials and the pronunciation of the Japanese word for "love."We value the deep meaning of the word "love" and offer our ingredients and dishes with great affection.
